Taehwatrans miniature split-core current transformers (CTs) offer mA and mV output based on the ratio to the source and the rating of the individual unit. TS split-core CT series can be connected directly to compatible sub-meters and do not necessitate sub-meters to include internal current transformers for accurate monitoring. This benefit allows one meter to be used for various sources with different current levels just by utilizing different CTs. In addition, each individual CTs includes an over-voltage protection circuit as additional layers of safety and reliability measures. The split-core design allows for easy installation in existing architecture. For the use of retrofit applications, including power meters, data loggers, chart recorders, and other instruments, compact size and easy installation would be the best premium. In the expansion of smart grid and energy saving businesses around the globe, our split-core CT TS series are widely used in Home Energy Management System (HEMS), Building Energy Management System (BEMS) and Factory Energy Management System (FEMS).
